Publishers is a Division of Ayumy Enterprises LLC Ayumy Enterprises
LLC operates both a "traditional" offline service business, and Lazy
Dude Publishers, an online marketing business.
Established in early 2001, Lazy Dude Publishers was
originally named "Lazy Dude Publishing" and was purchased by Ayumy
Enterprises LLC, from the
founder, and owner, Edward "Mr Ed" Thorpe, in late 2005.
Mr. Thorpe retained ownership of certain privately
owned intellectual & other real property. He also continues to own his
long running newsletter and its subscriber base. Mr. Thorpe publishes his online newsletter, now named : 'Online Beginners Guide'
from his office at Lazy Dude Publishers. Mr. Thorpe also acts as
Internet marketing consultant and Internet liaison for Lazy Dude Publishers.
